-A sign becomes inactive if they have not received a single text in one year and one day.  If a sign becomes inactive, we reserve the right to terminate licensing agreement on that keyword (Sign).  We will attempt to notify the customer 30 days prior to Termination.

-When the realtor sells or rents the property, and wants to use the sign for another location, they fill out a “Sign Information change form,” located on the customer support page, for a small admin fee  Its that simple.
